Well, Culinary school is over! I thought that I would be ecstatic....... Don't get me wrong, I am so happy, but a part of me is a little sad. I met some wonderful people and great friends that I am really going to miss. We became this great big family.... so it's a little sad. It seemed like it was never going to end, during that first month, but the last couple of months flew by. I can't believe it is over. I finished my externship on Friday. I was training under Chef Patrice Calliot, who might I add, is a World Pastry Champion. I learned so much there and am so grateful I was able to learn from him. He is an awesome Chef! I just thought I would show you some pictures from the last day we were physically in the school on the day of "Glory Walk". I can't believe I am a Chef. Crazy, Never would have thought that. One thing is, I am glad that I will be able to spend some needed time with my family now that school is over. I am so grateful to them for thier patience while I was earning my degree.

So I havent' been the best
So...................... I haven't been the best blogger since I tried to start in on this new trend. Life has been so hectic lately. My New Year's resolution will be to be better. I finally got my house pretty much together, but it's not all the way there. I hope to have it done in January, I just had to take a break for the holidays. I just wanted to write something so you wouldn't give up on my blog. I AM TRYING! I don't just don't know how to do this whole thing yet. Anyhow last week I made ginger bread cookies at work and brought them home for us to decorate for a Family Night. Mckenzee was having so much fun. She loves her aunt Michelle, who by the way is pregnant, and she decorated this cookie to look like her. I thought it was so cute. I love the belly. I hope that everyone has a Very Happy Holiday
